The Skin Spa offers the following Returns Policy:Return Policy for Internet Customers:
Customer has 7 days from receipt of order to contact Customer Service and obtain a Return Authorization.
Product must be unused and customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund / Credit (less original shipping charge) will be processed after delivery and inspection by The Skin Spa.
Certain items {peels or prescription products} are not kept in stock and are ordered directly from the company as needed. These items may take longer to be processed and shipped to you. (Any where from 3 days to 2 weeks to receive these items)

* A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all unauthorized returns.
Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on prescription products such as Dr. Hess's Cream, Latisse and certain Obagi products or chemical peels and returns of used products.

Your product order will be shipped ONLY if you are a returning customer in accordance with your customized skin care protocol or if you have received a complimentary phone or e-mail consultation from the professional at The Skin Spa. Otherwise, after you submit your GlyMed Plus order to us, a Skin Spa professional will contact you.
