The Skin Spa offers the following Returns Policy: All product returns require prior approval by The Skin Spa. Please call 540-774-5505 or email docrn7@YAHOO.COM for prior approval. Returns must be shipped by the buyer to The Skin Spa and must include a return authorization number. Only product cost are subject to credit; shipping and handling cost will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS! Someone 18 years or older must be available to accept delivery and sign for package. If item is returned, buyer will be required to pay additional costs for redelivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Do not bid on this item unless you intend to purchase it.
